All Products Are Fully One Year Warranty

All products on the Gomuco.com catalog come with a LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY. This means that YOU CAN GET A FREE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR FOR YOUR DAMAGED PURCHASE BUT ONLY IF IT MEETS THE FOLLOWING conditions:

  • THE ITEM HAS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS HINDERING IT FROM PERFORMING AS INTENDED.
  • OR, THE ITEM PURCHASED FAILS PREMATURELY DESPITE BEING USED AS INTENDED.

Now, if your item’s issue falls under either of the two conditions above, all you have to do is:

  • Contact our technical support team via email or phone. ONCE THE PRELIMINARY DIAGNOSIS IS COMPLETE AND YOUR CLAIM VALIDATED, WE’LL SEND YOU AN RMA FORM TO FILL SO THAT WE CAN PROCESS YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM.
  • MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AND PURCHASE RECEIPTS; because we’ll require you to present them.

Please note that THERE ARE SEVERAL FACTORS THAT CAN NULLIFY YOUR WARRANTY. For example:

  • IF THE PRODUCT IS USED FOR SOMETHING IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR.
  • FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE USER MANUAL’S INSTRUCTIONS DETAILING HOW TO SET UP AND USE THE ITEM.
  • TRYING TO FIX THE ISSUE ON YOUR OWN.
  • IF THE WARRANTY PERIOD HAS BEEN EXHAUSTED (IN THIS CASE, AFTER A YEAR OR 12 MONTHS).
  • ACCIDENTAL OR INTENTIONAL DAMAGES MADE BY YOU OR SOMEONE ELSE AFTER YOU’VE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT IN GOOD CONDITION.

Also note that:

  • Warranties are not transferable.
  • You are required to contact us by email or phone before returning a product for warranty repair or replacement.
  • The return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.
  • OUR WARRANTY POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WHENEVER WE NEED TO AND WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE.
